Dog Trapped in Car Bumper Takes 200-Mile Trip Before Being Rescued

As a traveler journeyed through China, he found himself 200 miles into his road trip when the sound of barking caught his attention from the front of his vehicle. Curious, he decided to pull over and investigate, only to discover the following scene:

A lively puppy found itself trapped within the bumper, yet miraculously, it remained alive.

The driver was aware that he had struck a dog some distance back, but he had an explanation…

“I was driving pretty quickly at the time so when I hit the dog, I thought it had either died or run away, so I didn’t get out of the car to check.”

He journeyed to a veterinary clinic where the dog was rescued from the bumper, a distance of 248 miles from the accident site.

Once given the all-clear by the vet, the driver decided to bring the dog home, feeling it was the right thing to do.

“It escaped from great danger. This really moved me. This shows my fate with the dog.
