A man visited the shelter intending to browse dogs, but found a lengthy queue with eager adopters ahead. Standing beside him was a small dog overlooked by others, seemingly unclaimed. Disregarded, perhaps due to his age and demeanor, the little canine remained unwanted. Yet, this person chose to shower him with royal treatment despite the lack of interest from others! 
Later, he welcomed Rocky into his home and found out that the dog was more than meets the eye. Despite recently having his teeth pulled, Rocky was full of energy and vitality!
